it's been a long day
and it's mostly been about community work
usually what i do is behind the scenes
i write a lot of letters
organize and focus our organization
prepare grants
and keep our website updated
but tonite
after all the prep
i ended up basically chairing our meeting
i find stuff like that to be exhausting
somehow i have to get all of this
balanced a little better

that giving part of us is fundamental toward growth
tho it should not interfere to the point we get out of our way
it is very much of an issue to me now. i most times leave my own things in order to get approval
